WHAT’S NOW?
Self-LEADERSHIP RETREAT
29.03-04.04, Turkey
Hey entrepreneurs, starters, goal-getters, and achievers, we have an offer for you.
Do you want to create a life that is balanced, rich, and heading in the right direction? A life that brings a smile to your face and lightness to your heart. A life that is abundant and exciting, yet light and flowing. If you want that life, then read further.
Being goal and accomplishment-oriented is great. To get things done, most self-employed and goal-getters tend to have similar patterns.
You work a lot and like to stay busy. However, in the long run, this can make you feel stressed. Imagine the tightness in your shoulders.
You take on responsibilities easily, which can lead to excessive worry about outcomes. This worry manifests in our anxious guts or keeps us up at night.
You have a hard time relaxing and doing nothing. This can lead to feeling tired and fed up, questioning the meaning of it all.
You want to be an example for others and inspire them. In the long run, it can make you feel isolated and lonely. It can be subtly sad and make it hard to reach out to others for support.
Does this resonate with you? All of it?
All of this has an impact on your personal life, your health, your loved ones, and your work in the long run. Take a moment and map out the impact on your life. What are the first examples that jump to your mind? What are the worst impacts?
Now….imagine you could change those patterns, overcome those blocks, learn new skills, and flow toward your goals with ease.
Imagine the impact it would have on your work, your relationships, and your happiness. Imagine how it would feel. Where do you feel that in your body?
Now, pick a number from 1 to 10 indicating how committed you are to changing your situation and patterns. If your number is above 7, then get in touch.
An accomplishment that often goes unnoticed is having a great relationship with oneself. This retreat is an amazing opportunity to get closer to that greatness. During the retreat, you will:
Identify the roots of your patterns and learn new tools to change them.
Learn new soft skills to counterbalance achievement-related stress.
Take time out to restore your energy tank.
Meet like-minded people to share and learn from.
Move your body, chill, eat amazing food, and immerse yourself in nature and sauna.
You will exit the retreat restored, with new skills, and a bucket full of insights. To lead a life that feels rich in the pocket and rich in the heart. Sounds amazing!

-
With a diverse background, I spent my 20s in leadership roles in communications. In my 30s, I ventured into entrepreneurship, founding LUMI, an ethical skincare company. After eight years of dedicated building, I achieved a profitable yet emotionally challenging exit.
Transitioning, I now directly engage with individuals as a psychotherapist, coach, and mentor, aiming to foster balance and alignment in both their lives and mine.
My days of workaholism are behind me. While occasional self-pressure lingers, I've realized that the essence lies not solely in personal goals but in serving others. The more I shift focus towards being of service, the smoother life becomes.
-
My educational journey began with a focus on Operations and Supply Chain Management, offering insights into true optimization and systems thinking. Despite a wealth of theories, research, and methods, the practical application often lacks—this gap led me to explore Social Technologies. If theory represents the 'What,' Social Technology is the 'How.' I chose to shift my focus to become a facilitator in this domain.
As a Social Technologies facilitator, my passion lies in working with people—whether it's listening, teaching effective communication, hosting impactful conversations, brainstorming, or posing challenging questions. I firmly believe that with the right elements, teams can solve more, and individuals can thrive when surrounded by supportive, like-minded peers. My experience extends to collaborating with intercultural teams and notable clients such as WISE Ltd, ADECCO, HEC Paris, NomadCruise, and more.
Beyond my professional journey, I've also navigated personal challenges stemming from a stressful and anxiety-ridden family environment. Recognizing the importance of integrating past experiences, I am dedicated to creating space for individual and collective transformation.

My ability to express myself effectively and my empathetic nature led me to pursue a bachelor’s degree in politics. Later, my passion for storytelling guided me towards professional culinary training. I integrate my interests in politics and food by assisting people in establishing a connection with the food they consume, enhancing their awareness of what occurs behind the scenes, and emphasizing that small actions can have meaningful impacts. In this way, I express my respect and love for nature and humanity.
I have worked as a chef in Mexico, the US, Turkey, and Germany, drawing inspiration from these diverse cultures to create unique dishes. Following my experience in a Michelin-starred restaurant, I decided to transition from the restaurant industry to specialize in food sustainability. Currently, I am working on my Master’s thesis on food sustainability while exclusively preparing plant-based food for soulful events.
